Baby Santa Hat
Once I saw this adorable baby-sized Santa hat, I began imagining stitching up dozens of them—for friends' little ones, their teddy bears, my daughter's old (and well-loved) teddy bears. I even thought they'd make cute party favors filled with candy. And then it occurred to me that stitching up a few and dropping them off at my local hospital might be just the right gift to all holiday babies born this year.
